Maxwell, Common & Chrishette Michelle were amazing
Chrishette Michelle was captivating! Her performance style and voice were great! At times, she reminded me of Jasmine Sullivan and at other times Phyllis Hyman. Awesome... I think she can carry her own show as the headliner. I wished she would have sung a couple more songs... particularly from her first CD.
Common's more current music was not as familiar to me. He was a huge surprise... a wonderful performer also! Loved the old school stuff as well! He got the audience up on their feet and primed!
